Your generous support helps us continue to provide our mission to find loving homes for unwanted animals in Lincoln County. Memberships can be purchased for individuals or on a business level. This section is focused on business memberships and includes the link for the business membership form.

Please complete this form and return it to the shelter for processing. You may pay your membership in one of two convenient ways:

• Include a check made out to Lincoln County Humane Society along with this form
• Pay through the website using our PayPal donation link, indicate on the form, then forward this form to the shelter
